My Pan card has been dispatched at a wrong address, however i provided the department with my proper address. now what should i do to get my card delivered at my given address.

The address given to the deptt. is 605, Khain Par, Banda, pin-210001, however as confirmed by the courier ageny they have the same address with them but Gorakhpur has been added in the address as the destination. Dure to which it went to a wrong region.
